My first year on Etsy: Giveaway

I'm celebrating my first year on etsy this week with a giveaway. I've had a nice first year settling into the large world of etsy and have just started to sell. I'm looking forward to what the second year will bring!

I've recently started reading 'Sew Hip' Magazine as it features a wide range of independent crafters and sellers. December's edition features designs by Laura Howard amongst many others. You can win this issue of 'Sew Hip', along with 12 felt butterflies and hearts, which I'm giving away free with every item in my shop, by taking my survey below:

Please be assured the survey is anonymous and your details will be completely separated from the survey. If you are concerned about this you could always take the survey then leave a comment a few days later.

The survey is mandatory if you are to be entered. Please take the survey then leave a comment saying you have taken it in the comments section with either your blogger address, email address or somewhere else to contact you such as twitter or facebook. Also mandatory is to tweet the words: "I've just entered the giveaway on Sewing is for girls to win the latest copy of Sew Hip Magazine: http://bit.ly/CwGXL!"

The winner will be picked in a random draw.

You can gain extra entries to this competition by doing one or more of the following, although you must remember to notify me of your actions in the comments section.

1. Become my fan on facebook

2. Become friends with me on facebook

3. Follow this blog either on networked blogs or on google reader - you will find the links on the right hand side of this blog

4. Follow me on twitter

This is available to anyone entering in the world. The giveaway closes at midday GMT on Wednesday 17th November 2010.

UPDATED: Thanks to everyone who took my survey and read this post. There was only one entrant so that person automatically wins! : )
